From beggars now feeders. Once upon a time “BERTA” and “MR. COKE” lived in the streets for years…homeless, hungry, begging and using the money for food and drugs. They lost all hope to have a decent, normal and respectable life once again. But Battle Against Ignorance Foundation and Safehaven Recovery Village believe no one is hopeless!

So both were rescued and now live in Safehaven. A safe, loving environment surrounded by former addicts like them who care. This is who we are. THIS IS WHAT WE DO! There are many “Berta’s” and “Mr. Coke’s” out there we can save. But we cannot do it alone. We need your help.
